Issue Matrix Cloud in Jira Service Management projects
We’re happy to introduce the support of Issue Matrix Cloud panels in Service Management tickets like requests, incidents, problems, and so on. With this release, you can create Issue Matrices in your Jira Service Management projects to bring context and additional information to your tickets.
